The Woodlands Sport Committee consists  of one learner from  each academic year. The committee are designed to create a unique environment which develops a sense of ownership and belonging for all young people involved. The group meets twice every term with the purpose of promoting healthy activities in school and planning events. This is a club owned by learners to help them develop a sense of initiative and responsibility.

They have been attending monthly Active Schools Leadership Academy joining other Young Ambassadors and young leaders from across the city where they have had the opportunity to further develop their leadership and employability skills.  Their most recent achievement being to complete their sportScotland Coaching Children certificate. Well done Tia and Nathan!
