Thanks to everyone who came along to the Coffee Morning yesterday, our speaker was Iain McGregor from VOCAL and see below some helpful information from yesterday’s session.  The next Parent Coffee Morning will be FRIDAY 30th JANUARY 10am at Woodlands School.  The guest speaker will be a member of the Young Adult Disability Team (Social Work)

Dear Parent / Carer

I hope you are all well.  We held our first Parent/Carer Coffee Morning at Woodlands last Thursday and Mark Ralton from VOCAL attended.  We had a fairly good turn out, but more importantly the parents who attended felt the session was extremely helpful in providing very useful information.  Here are some links to the information shared last week:

We will be holding the coffee mornings every month and the next date will be Thursday 22nd October 10am at the school.  This one will focus on our upcoming Christmas Fair so please do come along. 

In November we would like to invite Iain McGregor who is a Self-Directed Support Brokerage Worker along to speak to us – his promotional short film here Self-directed Support – VOCAL.  I will confirm the date and time for this coffee morning soon.
